These events serve as a platform for direct dialogue, where citizens’ appeals are received, and onsite meetings with representatives of relevant government agencies are arranged, enabling the population to voice their concerns directly.

On April 30, 2025, the latest “Ombudsman School” event was held in Yangiyer city of Syrdarya region. During the event, residents of Shukrona, Fazilat, and Yuksalish neighborhoods raised various issues that were jointly discussed with officials from state institutions, and all appeals were taken under review.

Key topics raised by citizens included:

Recognition of property rights for unauthorized land plots and buildings;

Ensuring workplace safety in organizations and institutions;

Strict compliance with road safety regulations.

It was agreed that additional investigations would be carried out on the matters raised during the event.
