Yuldashev Aziz Sobirovich was born in 1994 in Samarkand. In 2017 graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Law, in 2019 graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in International Economic Law. From 2018 to 2019 he worked as a leading specialist of the Culture, Science and Education Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation. From 2020 to 2021 leading consultant of the sector for monitoring and legal analysis of human rights provision of the Secretariat Authorized person of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan  for Human Rights (Ombudsman). From 2021 to 2023, Chief Consultant of the Appeals Department of the Secretariat Authorized person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

From 2024 to the present time - Head of the department for work with appeals of the Secretariat Authorized person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

Sadullaev Dilmurod Safohonovich was born in 1983 in the Samarkand region. In 2001-2005 he graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Law with a bachelor's degree, in 2008-2010 with a master's degree, in 2010-2011 he graduated from the Academy of State and Public Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

He began his career in 2005 as a secretary of the reception office of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from 2005 to 2014 he worked as a secretary of the reception office of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, he worked as a senior adviser to the directorate for the classification of legislative acts and legal information, head of department, deputy head of directorate, deputy head of Samarkand Regional Department of Justice, Head of Directorate of the Ministry of Justice.

From 2015 to 2020 - Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, member of the Committee on Combating Corruption and Judicial and Legal Issues, in 2020-2021 he worked as the head of the Samarkand regional branch of the State Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, head of the department of the agency.

In 2022, he worked as a senior adviser to the sector for monitoring and legal analysis of ensuring human rights of the Secretariat of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights (Ombudsman), and in April of this year he was transferred to the position of head of the department for dealing with appeals of the Secretariat of Ombudsman.

Jasur Yakubovich Islamov was born in 1984 in Samarkand region. In 2008 graduated the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. From 2008 to 2009 assistant rector of the Tashkent Automobile and Road Construction Institute, 2009-2012 secretary of the 1st category of the Secretariat of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman), from 2012 to 2019 held the position of the Head of the Appeals Department of the Secretariat.

From 2021 to the present - head of the Sector for the Development of International Cooperation of the Secretariat of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

Salohiddin Jurabayevich Khamdamov was born in Samarkand in 1962. Graduated the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1983. Candidate of Economic Sciences. From 1984 to 1985 he worked as a specialist in sports in the department of pre-school education, nutrition and sports department of agriculture executive committee of Samarkand region, 1985-1986 he worked as a senior economist of the agriculture department of the Executive Committee of the Samarkand region, 1986-1988 a specialist of the department of agriculture of the Samarkand region, 1988-1996 assistant at the Department of Economics and Management of Agroindustrial Complex of Samarkand Agricultural Institute, from 1996 to 1997 he was group leader CEO of «Ok Shalola» Financial and Industrial Company, in 1997 worked as a senior researcher at the Institute for Monitoring Current Legislation under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1997-1998 years chief specialist deputy head of the department of inter-sectoral balance of the Ministry of Macroeconomics and Statistics, 1998-2002 TASIS Project Manager, "Economic Directions of Uzbekistan", 2002-2005 worked as a senior referent of the Department for Work with Committees of the Secretariat of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from 2005 to 2020 held various positions in the Office of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2020-2021 worked as a senior advisor to the Secretariat of the Committee on Women's Affairs and Gender Equality of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From 2021 to the present - head of the Sector for improving the legal culture of citizens and working with the public of the Secretariat of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

Mamagiyazov Otabek Raxmonberdiyevich 1985-yilda Toshkent viloyati Bo‘stonliq tumanida tug‘ilgan. 2009-yilda Toshkent davlat yuridik universitetini tamomlagan.   

2010-2018 yillarda  O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Adliya vazirligi va uning hududiy tizimlarida, 2020-2024 yillarda Oliy Majlisning Inson huquqlari bo‘yicha vakili (ombudsman) Kotibiyatining Qiynoqqa solish va boshqa shafqatsiz, g‘ayriinsoniy yoki qadr-qimmatni kamsituvchi muomala hamda jazo turlarining oldini olish bo‘limida bosh maslahatchi lavozimida faoliyat yuritgan. 

2024-yil 15-martdan hozirga qadar Oliy Majlisning Inson huquqlari bo‘yicha vakili (ombudsman) Kotibiyatining Qiynoqqa solish va boshqa shafqatsiz, g‘ayriinsoniy yoki qadr-qimmatni kamsituvchi muomala hamda jazo turlarining oldini olish bo‘limi boshlig‘i sifatida ishlab kelmoqda.
