About 20 citizens' applications were received during the meeting. Some applications were reviewed on field and some of them were provided with legal explanations.

The issues of receiving disability benefits, financial assistance, replacing electric poles, providing wheelchairs, judicial issues, getting housing on the basis of a mortgage, and assistance in housing repairs from the state were raised with the appeals.

A citizen B.A. whose difficult family conditions prevented him from correcting his left eye blindness for many years approached for help. This appeal was reviewed by the responsible employees of the regional Health Department, and it was decided that the surgery to be performed free of charge in October.

The rest of the applications are also taken under supervision.
