These trials were under the full supervision of the members of the Commission.

Today, the verdict against 39 defendants will be announced in the Bukhara court. In this regard , the members of the Commission visited the Bukhara region under the leadership of F.Eshmatova.

The members of the Commission for the study of the situation and events that occurred in the Republic of Karakalpakstan asked the Chairman of the court to punish the defendants based on the principles of humanity, taking into account their sincere remorse for their actions, that they had drawn the right conclusions, since minor children are in their care, and asked for punishment in accordance with the criteria of justice, taking into account their family and social status.

The Independent Commission believes that based on the positive changes that have taken place in the judicial system in recent years, a fair decision will be made against the accused.
