Yesimkhan Kanatov, born in 1981, prepared and published articles based on the ideas of separatism, and also took an active part in organizing mass riots.

Abdimalik Khojanazarov, born in 1974, was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Public Service", published articles based on the ideas of separatism, on behalf of D. Tajimuratov collected citizens' proposals on proposed amendments to the constitution, actively participated in the organization of public unrest.

Seitmuratov Amantay, born in 1976, took an active part in the mass riots on July 1, supporting D. Tazhimuratov, committed aggressive actions on the car of the Chairman of the Jokorgy Kenesh.

Abzal Nauryzbayev, born in 1996, set fire to a car on July 2 and blocked roads at the intersection of Beruniy and A. Dosnazarov streets in the city of Nukus, in order to prevent the movement of vehicles of law enforcement agencies mobilized to eliminate mass riots.

Nurmukhammad Kenzhebayev, born in 2004, took an active part in mass riots in the Konlikul district on July 2, burned a car tire and threw it into the building of the district administration.

The court sentenced them to 5 years in prison.

Those who were sentenced to a term of imprisonment were deducted from the punishment imposed under article 62 of the Criminal Code (rules for calculating the period of detention, detention or house arrest), and they were released from prison in the courtroom.
