The main objective of the visit was to assess the living conditions of women residing in the institution, to engage with them personally, and to convey that they remain under the care and attention of the state.
It is noteworthy that the Muruvvat Care Home, operating since 1994, currently houses 162 women of various ages receiving long-term care. Residents are actively involved in various therapeutic and recreational activities, including drawing, handicrafts, and sports.
During the visit, the team reviewed the conditions related to living arrangements, nutrition, medical care, and other support services. The library, sewing and knitting rooms, as well as sports facilities, were also inspected.
