At the beginning of the event, a medical examination was organized in cooperation with the Regional Health Department in the "Amir Temur" mahalla of Nurata District. Nearly 100 residents underwent medical check-ups. Qualified specialists and doctors from regional healthcare institutions were involved to provide services in this remote area.
Subsequently, a job fair was held at the Music School of Nurata District by the Regional Employment Department, where citizens were directed towards permanent employment opportunities and vocational training. A total of 136 enterprises and organizations from the district participated in the fair, offering 214 job vacancies. Additionally, 12 business entities showcased their products and projects. A total of 158 job seekers attended the fair, with 9 individuals successfully employed. Moreover, 13 participants received guidance on obtaining preferential loans from commercial banks to start entrepreneurial activities.
It is noteworthy that the issues discussed were selected based on the analysis of appeals received from this region by the Ombudsman, and representatives of relevant organizations were involved in addressing them.
According to the data, in 2024, a total of 745 appeals were received from Navoi Region by the Commissioner, and in the first three months of 2025, 118 appeals were submitted. These appeals mainly concerned the protection of labor rights, employment, access to quality social and medical services, loan processing, housing issues, alimony, and education.
The open dialogue, jointly organized with the administration of Nurata District, was attended by a member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, deputies of the district and regional Councils, representatives of government bodies, and civil society institutions. The event covered approximately 200 residents from the "Eshon Sudur," "Ibn Sino," "Nurobod," "Nurfakhr," "Mirishkor," and "Ghafur Ghulom" mahallas of Nurata District.
As part of the "Ombudsman School" event, an on-site citizens' reception was also conducted by Ombudsman Feruza Eshmatova.
