The next significant project in this regard - the mobile application of the Ombudsman that will provide more opportunities for applicants. It envisages tools for providing online consultation to citizens, monitoring the implementation status of the appeal online, receiving letters and information sent from the relevant organisations on the execution of the application via the mobile application, getting statistical information and introducing a number of other services.

The initial presentation of this mobile application took place on September 18, 2023. During the meeting, a number of suggestions for further improvement of this application were made.

Once the mobile application of the Ombudsman is launched, additional information about all its features will be provided to the public.
