Members of the Commission participate in all stages of litigation

In the building of the Bukhara Regional Court, consideration continues in an open court hearing of a criminal case against 22 defendants in the case of riots that occurred in the city of Nukus on July 1-2, 2022.

Despite the fact that the online broadcasting is suspended for a certain period of time, members of the Commission participate in all stages of the trial.

It should be noted that members of the Commission will participate as observers in the court sessions to be held on 22-23 December.

According to the members of the Commission for the Study and Independent Investigation of Situations and Events in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the trials to date have been conducted in accordance with the law.
