With the assistance of the Regional Representative of the Ombudsman in the Tashkent region, the convict, who was transferred to another colony, was paid a salary
As previously reported, the Regional Representative of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) in the Tashkent region, Rustam Kamalov, made a monitoring visit to colony No. 43 of the Buka district. In the course of this monitoring, appeals from convicts serving sentences were taken under control.

In particular, convict B.O. asked for help in collecting personal and monthly wages. It was established that the applicant had previously been detained in the Navoi City Penitentiary No. 11. He did not receive his salary when he was transferred to an institution in the Buka district. This appeal was taken under the control of the Regional Representative, as a result, the personal and monthly wages of the applicant were transferred to colony No. 43 in the territory of Buka district with the help of senior officials of the Ombudsman's Secretariat.

Also convicted R.Z. noted that he suffers from hepatic-renal insufficiency, cirrhosis of the liver, he was treated 3 times in the infectious diseases hospital of the Buka district. But, despite this, due to the deterioration of his condition and difficult family circumstances, he asked for practical assistance in obtaining a referral (order) for treatment at the Research Institute of Virology.

In connection with the appeal of the convict Z.R. the Regional Representative sent an official letter to the Tashkent regional health department, according to which, with the assistance of the regional health department, the convict was hospitalized in the regional infectious diseases hospital in the city of Chirchik, which is a branch of the Research Institute of Virology.
