On November 29, 2023, the first meeting of the CIS Human Rights Commission was held in Minsk. Representatives of Uzbekistan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, as well as the Secretary General of the Commonwealth and the CIS Executive Committee participated in the hybrid discussions.
